The south face of the Boxcar is almost always dry. Other than that it all depends on how cold or wet of a winter we have. This winter 2013-2014 it is incredibly dry and almost all the boulders at Turtle Lake and up at Sailing Hawks are free from snow and not really seeping that much. I would take a tarp for under your crash pad though. Its been perfect sending temps.
I recently moved to the area for climbing and was curious what the boulder is on the approach to X-rocks roped area?

The boulder on the approach to Xrock is called the Boxcar. Welcome to town.
